Usage: This product is AC foaming agent foaming decomposition catalytic active agent, suitable for all foaming agents, including ADC raw powder processing activation, product physical properties and active agent BM / TM similar, the use of the same. Because the melting point decomposition temperature of the product is about 190-210 ℃, which is close to the decomposition temperature of AC foaming agent, it is better to use it together with AC foaming agent. ZBS / BM active agent can completely promote the decomposition and foaming of AC foaming agent (100%), and improve the whiteness and gloss of the product. It can significantly improve and reduce the usage of AC foaming agent (only 60-90% utilization rate without AC foaming agent) . At the same time, the decomposition temperature of AC foaming agent (or other foaming agents) can be greatly reduced, the decomposition rate of foaming agent (100%) can be improved by activation, the gas generation of product can be greatly increased (more than doubled), and the heat absorption can be balanced to control the decomposition heat of AC (releasing steam to absorb heat / promoting the decomposition of foaming agent), which is a characteristic that other zinc salts do not have (zinc oxide)/ Basic zinc carbonate), adding (AC foaming agent) 3-20%. Widely used in all rubber foaming agent (AC / RA, etc.) foaming process, can also be used alone as high temperature foaming agent, also as PVC stabilizer.
