Usage: This product is used in PVC and other plastics and natural synthetic rubber foaming agent. The decomposition temperature of the product is 160 ℃, the standard gas evolution is 150ml / g, and the decomposition temperature (melting point) is about 25 ℃ higher than that of the foaming agent TSH. It has good stability and has the tendency to replace the foaming agent TSH. This product is especially suitable for making obturator foam, PVC and other plastic and sponge rubber. Similar to foaming agent TSH, foam materials used in shoemaking industry are mainly used for producing sponge, rubber and closed cell sponge rubber. AC / tsaz compound foaming agent with decomposition temperature of 120-190 ℃ can be prepared by compounding with ADC foaming agent, which can promote ADC foaming and increase gas production. The decomposition product is colorless and can be mixed with sodium bicarbonate to prepare heat balance white foam agent with high gas production. It is widely used for foaming slippers, sole, insole, plastic wallpaper, ceiling, floor leather, artificial leather, thermal insulation and sound insulation materials. It is also an organic synthetic intermediate for the synthesis of drugs and pesticides.
