Usage: Blowing Agent BSS is high temperature foaming agent, it has similar product performance with the foaming agent RA, and the same usage as the foaming agent RA. They could be substituted for each other, depending on the price and cost of the product used. It is especially suitable for high-temperature processed plastics and used for hard PVC, high density Polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, nylon, ABS, natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and other synthetic rubber foaming agents. This product has good processing safety and no risk of foaming in advance. Adding some active agents ZBS/ZTS can lower the decomposition temperature, which is suitable for low-temperature foaming products. Compounding with ADC foaming agent can prepare AC/BSS composite foaming agent with a decomposition temperature of 120-190℃, and at the same time promote ADC foaming and increase gas generation. The decomposition product is colorless, and it can be mixed with baking soda to prepare high gas generation heat balance White foaming agent. It is widely used for foaming slippers, shoe soles, insoles, plastic wallpapers, ceilings, PVC floor leather, artificial leather, heat insulation and sound insulation materials foaming agent.

Storage: The product is a general product and should be stored in a dry and ventilated place. The maximum temperature allowed for short-term storage is 50°C. This product is stable at room temperature and should not be near open flames or heat sources. Avoid direct sunlight.
